In case you were curious...

We dream of a world where all humans experience abundant love and grace. Where friendship and connection are our birthright and where feeling seen and understood is a given.

A place we can all come together in the spirit of growth with shared desires for liberation and evolution into our best selves. Where we understand that every ounce of curiosity and care we put into ourselves ripples out into our communities, meaningfully impactful.

Each of our offerings are rooted in this dream and dynamically infused with the experience and education from our unique backgrounds.

Trevor Wyllthawk

Non-traditional therapist

Trevor's journey into healing began with restless teenage curiosity about reality—the kind that leads you down 2 AM rabbit holes and never lets you settle for "that's just how things are." What followed was a winding 29-year adventure through bodymind practices, punctuated by a profound seven-year initiation that culminated in 16 months of hermitage. These experiences cracked him open in all the right places, revealing long-sought truth, deep compassion for human confusion and ache, and a ravenous appetite for how our inner worlds shape outer reality.

His training reads like a curious collector's dream: Acupuncture, Transformational Breathing, Somatic Experiencing®, Bodynamics, and Healing Birth Trauma studies with Annie Brook. Between formal studies, Trevor experimented with Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and the transformative art of imagination in ways both profound and playfully unexpected. His toolkit has been seasoned by North American and Peruvian Shamanism, 15 years of teaching yoga, and a healthy obsession with how parts of ourselves dialogue, heal, and create magic together.

These days, Trevor weaves this tapestry into his NÅ«ma Breathwork and Transformational Psychotherapeutics trainings and private practice, approaching healing with researcher's curiosity and the heart of someone who knows transformation happens in surprising ways. Whether facilitating sessions, leading trainings across Canada, or guiding retreats from Costa Rica to Peru, his work invites people into adventures of discovery—because the most interesting healing happens when we play with the impossible and dance with the unknown.

Erin Wyllthawk

MA, Certified Canadian Counsellor

Erin loves people and their stories—the full, beautiful spectrum of human experience. There's nothing more sacred to her than bearing witness to life's joys and gifts alongside its hurts and pains, sharing laughter and tears as she navigates this wild adventure of being human together with her clients.

Her passion for human connection naturally led her to specialize in couples therapy and developmental attachment work, supporting individuals and couples in transforming stuck relationship dynamics. Erin creates safe, sacred spaces where vulnerability can flourish and healing can unfold naturally - and supports others in doing the same with the important people in their lives. With her fierce affinity for change, newness, and adventure, she brings comfort with transformation into every session, helping clients see change not as something to fear, but as the birthplace of growth and deeper connection.

Erin's incessant curiosity about life's mysteries has drawn her into exploring how mindfulness and non-ordinary states of consciousness can unlock profound healing. Through her training in hypnosis, energy work, breathwork, somatic psychotherapeutics, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, she creates gateways for clients to explore their inner worlds and connect with their wise subconscious mind. These aren't just techniques to her—they're pathways to the cosmic wisdom that lives within us all, helping transform inner healing into real, practical change in our most important relationships.

Her deepest intention is guiding individuals and couples toward cultivating secure relationships with themselves through transformative inner journeying, while equipping them with practical tools to create the stronger, more loving partnerships they truly desire. Because when we heal our relationship with ourselves, we transform our capacity to love and be loved.
